Meta Ads & AI growth consultancy

From intelligent automation and AI-powered content to conversational assistants and connected business dashboards, Advera Scale helps small businesses work smarter, create faster, and scale with confidence.

  • Free first conversation
  • Works with your existing tools
  • People review before customers see it
  • Practical first

We start with the task that costs you the most time, not with the newest tool.

  • People stay in the loop

Drafts, replies and reports can be reviewed before they reach a customer.

  • Built around your tools

Your CRM, calendar, email and forms stay. We connect them.

  • Honest about limits

We explain what an integration can and cannot do before we build it.

Small teams lose hours to work a system could do.

None of this is dramatic. It is the quiet cost of tools that do not talk to each other and tasks that repeat every day. Here is where we usually begin.

  • Leads wait for a reply

An inquiry lands at 9 p.m. and is answered the next afternoon. By then the person has contacted someone else.

Instant acknowledgement, qualification and a drafted follow-up.

  • Content starts and stops

Posting happens in bursts when someone finds time, and the brand voice drifts between posts.

A repeatable content workflow with review built in.

  • The same details get typed three times

A form, then a spreadsheet, then the CRM. Every copy is another chance for a mistake.

Connected systems that record each detail once.

  • Customers ask the same questions every day

Hours, pricing, availability, shipping. The answers exist, but someone still has to send them.

An assistant that answers from your information and hands off the rest.

  • Reporting takes a weekend

Numbers sit in ad accounts, inboxes and spreadsheets, so decisions wait for someone to compile them.

One dashboard that keeps itself up to date.

Meta Ads, AI and automation, built around how you work.

Start with one and add others as they make sense. Everything connects, so what you build first keeps working as you grow.

Your tools, data and AI working as one system.

Most businesses already have the pieces. The value comes from connecting them so information flows in the right direction.

  • AI assistants

Language models read messages, draft replies and summarize records. They work inside rules you set, and a person stays in charge of anything important.

  • Data sources

Information enters from the places you already collect it, so nothing has to be copied by hand.

  • Business apps

The tools your team uses every day stay in place. We connect them, so a change in one shows up in the others.

  • Automation workflows

Workflows move information between systems and trigger the next step, like a reply, a task or a notification.

  • Dashboards and reports

Results are brought together so you can see what is happening and what changed, without compiling it yourself.

  • Devices and sensors

Some businesses have connected equipment such as scanners, kiosks or environmental sensors. Where a project calls for it, readings can feed the same workflows and dashboards. This is scoped per project and is not a standard service.

Start small, learn fast, grow at your pace.

We do not start with a large transformation plan. We start with one workflow that matters, prove it works for your business and build from there.

  1. Discover

A free conversation about your workflows, your tools and what slows you down. You leave with a few concrete ideas, whether or not we work together.

  2. Map

We review how work moves through your business and rank the opportunities by effort and payoff. The result is a short, plain-language roadmap.

  3. Build

We start with one workflow, connect it to your tools and test it on real examples. A person reviews the outputs before anything reaches a customer.

  4. Improve

We check how it performs, adjust the rules and add the next piece when you are ready. Support options are agreed before we begin.

A technology partner you can read before you meet.

Instead of borrowed logos and invented results, we show our thinking: labeled concepts, plain explanations and a process you can follow. Here is what you can hold us to.

We will

  • Start with your workflow, not a tool pitch
  • Explain in plain language what each system does and what it needs from you
  • Keep a person reviewing anything your customers will see
  • Tell you plainly when something is not a good fit for AI
  • Scope integrations honestly before we build anything

We will not

  • Promise guaranteed revenue, growth or search rankings
  • Show invented testimonials, client logos or case studies
  • Hide the limits of a platform or an integration
  • Collect more of your data than a project needs
  • Claim certifications or compliance we do not hold
More about how Advera Scale works

Questions we hear most.

Straight answers, without guarantees we cannot keep.

We look at how your business runs, find the tasks where AI and automation can save time or improve service, and plan how to introduce them. Depending on the project, we also build and connect the systems: automated workflows, chatbots, AI receptionists, content processes and dashboards.

Usually not. We aim to connect your existing CRM, email, calendar, forms and spreadsheets. What can be connected depends on each tool and the integrations it offers, and we confirm that before building.

It depends on the scope, the number of tools involved and how quickly decisions are made. A single workflow is much smaller than a full set of systems. We give an estimate after the first conversation and do not promise a standard timeline.

Pricing depends on the scope of the work. After the consultation we provide a written estimate so you can decide whether to move ahead. Some tools involved may also carry their own subscription costs, and we flag those up front. Read what affects the cost of AI consulting.

Only if you choose that. Many businesses start with drafts that a person approves, then automate the low-risk replies later. You decide where the line is, and anything uncertain can be routed to your team.

We collect only what a project needs and connect through secure integrations. Sensitive or regulated information, such as health data, needs a compliance review before we build anything, and we do not claim certifications we do not hold.

It is a strong starting point, not a finished product. A person reviews brand voice, facts, offers and platform rules before publishing, and some platforms or regions expect AI-generated material to be disclosed. Use our AI content review checklist.

We can monitor performance, adjust rules and add new workflows over time. Support options are agreed before the project starts so there are no surprises.

Choose someone who starts with your workflows rather than a favorite tool, explains limits plainly, gives a written scope and estimate, and avoids guaranteed results. Ask what happens after the plan is delivered and who is responsible for each step. More in our guide to choosing an AI consultant.

AI business automation connects your everyday tools so routine steps happen without retyping, and uses AI for parts that involve reading or writing, such as qualifying an inquiry or drafting a reply. People review whatever matters. See our AI business automation services.

Our focus is small and growing businesses in the United States. If you are elsewhere, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit.
